Róisín Dubh wins IMRO Award (again)
The Róisín has retained the IMRO award for Best Venue in Connaught for 2009, having previously won the 2008 award. The prize was presented in Dublin on Tuesday night (Dec 1st) along with a special commendation from Hot Press for our contribution to the music industry. Thanks to everyone who voted for us.

We're almost too excited to sit down and post this news item, but the band credited with returning lead guitar to indie rock, DINOSAUR JR., and special guests, the legendary BUILT TO SPILL play the Black Box, Dyke Road on Monday May 10th. Awesome news!!!! More
